Happy Monday everyone! How was your weekend? Ours was BUSY! I need a weekend from my weekend!
Here is what we were up to.
Saturday, we had the opportunity to go on The Pumpkin Express at Union Station. I’ll have a full report on this tomorrow – but, we had so much fun! The only problem was our train time was smack dab in the middle of Miss H’s nap, so we made the attempt to wear her out at the park in the morning.
She had a blast and despite her normal nap, she did great! More tomorrow!
Sunday, I woke up and decided we needed donuts. I ran to the grocery store and pick up a few for us. Miss H needed sprinkles…but only ate the sprinkles and left the donut!
Are you on SnapChat? I finally bit the bullet and I’m on there.

While Miss H was napping, I went off to get a blow out at a new place that opened at the mall. Blow outs were $5 for an opening weekend special. Overall, it was just okay. I ended up with a really wet shirt and hair not even close to the photo I provided. I ran home and made a few adjustments and then we headed off for our fall photos with Brooke!
We decided this year that we didn’t want to do the traditional leaf photos, and opted for a more industrial look. I’m excited to share these with you! I’m not sure how much I’ll share right away only because we’ll be using them as Christmas cards too!
Miss H did great except for destroying her bow. That’s okay as we need to go up in size! She did great for the photos and was rewarded with Jelly Beans! She’s just like her daddy and loves Jelly Belly.
We’ve got a super busy week this week! We start MOLOs (Moms of Little Ones) at our church. It’s similar to MOPs. We haven’t gone back to church since H was born, so I’m excited and nervous all at the same time! We’re hoping to go pick pumpkins with daddy during his lunch break tomorrow since he works right down the street from the pumpkin patch!
Have a great Monday!
