Thanksgiving Turkey Oreos - And Hattie Makes Three

I love Thanksgiving. It may be my favorite holiday of the year. I’m always looking for fun and creative ways to have fun in the kitchen and I knew that my Thanksgiving Turkey Oreos would be a hit at our most recent Girl Scout Friendsgiving.

If you’re looking for a kid-friendly, edible craft, these Thanksgiving Turkey Oreos are for you! I had Hattie help me after school put these together. What I learned from this process is that you’re going to want Double Stuf Oreos. The extra filling lets the candy corn hold just a little bit better.

Ingredients

1 Bag of Candy Corn
24 Double Stuf Oreos
48 Eyeball Sprinkles
24 Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Tube of Cookie Icing

Add 5 candy corn into the Oreo Icing. With the cookie icing, add a dot of icing to the eyeball sprinkles and add to oreo. Then add a dab of icing to the chocolate chip for a nose. Don’t forget to plan for extras for snacking!
