As soon as the puffy vests and riding boots come out for fall, one of my four slow cookers makes a grand appearance. For some reason, I really only love using my slow cookers when it’s chilly out. When I used to work out of the home, I was a religious user of the helpful device and I loved coming home to the warm and inviting smells of what had been cooking all day. Now since I stay home, I love the convenience of knowing just a little prep work in the morning will make our evening routine run smoothly. I don’t like spending time thinking what we’re going to have for dinner, and meal planning helps a ton.
The thing I love about this chili, is that you can keep a lot of these items in your pantry. I even keep frozen chicken on hand
One of my favorite recipes that I use on a regular basis is my White Chicken Chili. It couldn’t be easier. Basically toss everything into your slow cooker and in 8 hours, you have amazing chili that will feed a crowd! The mild heat from the tomatillo salsa and cumin just warm you through. Simple ingredients pack a punch for this amazing chili. Garnish with Cheese, Sour Cream and Cilantro and you have the perfect bowl of Mexican flavors.
Set it and forget it, this Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili is the easiest dinner around. The warm Mexican spices are warm and inviting and perfect for a chilly day. Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
