Instructions
In a skillet brown sausage and add to slow cooker.
Add chicken stock, potatoes, onion, and garlic to slow cooker, cook on low 4-6 hours.
1 Hour before serving, add cream and chopped kale.
Stir and serve with chopped bacon on top.
