In a non-stick skillet, over medium high heat, add potatoes, diced peppers and ham to skillet. Let cook for 20 minutes and stir every 3-4 minutes as directed on the package.
In a separate pan, over medium heat, use little non stick spray and crack egg. Cook until desired texture. Cover with a lid for faster cooking time.
Serve hash and add egg on top garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy.
