  1. Slice Jalapenos to desired thickness and fill canning jar. I used a 2 Cup Jar and it was perfect for the liquid.
  2. In a small sauce pan, combine water, vinegar, peppercorns, bay leaves, smashed garlic and salt and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour liquid over the jar of jalapenos and let sit on counter until cool. Then pop in fridge for 1-2 days before eating.
