  1. In a large bowl, add chia seeds, liquid stevia and almond milk together and whisk to combine.
  2. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to thicken. This will be consistency of a loose pudding.
  3. For extra flavor, add your favorite frozen fruit to the bottom and top as a garnish. Serve and enjoy!
  4. Other serving option – layer frozen fruit in small jars, top with chia pudding and garnish with frozen fruit. Put in freezer and eat once fruit has been defrosted.
