Prepare Brownie Mix as directed using the 8×8 size method. Let cool completely
In a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap, add half of the brownie mix to bottom of pan. Layer 1 cup of softened vanilla ice cream.
Add 2nd half of the brownie on top of the ice cream and press down. Then add Cookies & Cream Ice cream to top layer. Cover with edges of plastic wrap and put in freezer for 2 hours.
Remove from freezer, add the chocolate rock and add chopped cookies and sprinkles on top before it completely hardens. Cover and put back in refrigerator for 1 hour or until time to serve.
