Prepare Vanilla Pudding as directed on box. Put in refrigerator and let sit for 30 minutes.
In a large zip top bag or food processor, crush entire box of Vanilla Wafers until it resembles sand. I leave a few larger pieces in there too, just for texture.
Set out 6 clear cups. Add 2 TBSP Cookie, 1/4 Pudding, 2 TBSP Cookie, 1/4 Pudding, 2 TBSP Cookie until you have 5 even layers. Put in fridge until ready to serve.
Once ready, add Peep and Umbrella and you’re ready to enjoy!
