Baking season is upon us and that means it’s time for all things holiday! If you’re like me, peppermint doesn’t even register in my brain until holidays begin. So with Thanksgiving a few short weeks away and then of course Christmas, I am perfecting my holiday baking and whipping up a batch of Peppermint Mocha Brownies. There is a secret ingredient you’d never even think was in there – International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee! Yes, you heard me right. I always find during the busy season we’re bound to be invited to a late minute party, and these will be on my list for this year.

These brownies were gone so quickly. Even Miss H enjoyed a couple. I love how the peppermint just melted into the batter, but still left a rich and moist brownie. Definitely a crowd pleaser and perfect for entertaining, a pot luck or just a nice holiday treat for a friend or neighbor.

Yum! How does one get to be a part of this bias thing? I see lots are a part of it.
