It is officially February. Are you sticking to your New Year Resolutions? I may have something that can help you out as you plan your dining out. Noodles & Company has the perfect meal options for you under 500 calories.

I was so excited when I was invited to attend an tasting last week to learn all about their fresh approach to making healthy meals. You won’t find a microwave or a freezer there. Everything is made fresh daily with no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or preservatives. Real Food. They offer options that are family and figure friendly.

At the tasting we were invited to try a lot of great options from all around the world. The best part about the Noodles & Company menu is that they can customize it for what you are looking for!

I really loved the chicken noodle soup. Super hearty and yummy!

The pot stickers did not disappoint. The dipping sauce was awesome. I’d love to know how they made it!

In addition to your meals, Noodles & Company offers salad options which you can do as a side. My favorite is their spin on a Greek salad (The Med) with noodles in it. It’s pretty fantastic and unexpected!

I also loved the Chinese Chop Salad. I’m a sucker for anything with sesame seeds.

Then onto the pastas. We tried so many different assortments. You can customize it by picking your favorite protein or even switching out the noodles and make a Buff Bowl. This is replacing the noodles for spinach really keeping the calories down. I really loved the Tuscan Whole Wheat Pasta.

And of course when you’re all finished, you can’t forget their delicious desserts made fresh daily.

Have you tried Noodles & Company before? What is your favorite dish?

Thanks again to Noodles & Company for the invitation, and a new outlook on healthy dining out options!

Yum. This made me hungry! We have one of these close to us, but we haven't gone because we weren't sure how ordering worked. Do you order at a counter and then seat yourself…like at Panera? Those types of places are really hard for us with the kids so we usually go somewhere else, but if this place isn't like that then I am so going!

  2. Yum!! I love their rice krispie treats, too!

  3. How have I never been to this place? It looks delish! Those salads are amazing!
