Happy Tuesday! I thought I’d get around to sharing our 3 day weekend. We didn’t do much Saturday or Sunday and Miss H didn’t want to take naps (for reasons I’ll share later this week). On Monday though, we took Miss H our on her first boat ride. She LOVED it! My FIL has a boat and every summer we jump aboard for fun, wakeboarding, skiing and more. He was headed out on Monday and invited us to come along.
Miss H has always been a water baby so it was no surprise the boat would be a place she’d love. She loved it when we went over the wake of other boats and said she wanted to “bounce bounce more”. We decided since she loved the boat so much, she could learn to drive too. Heck, I don’t even know how to drive a boat.
We also flew a kite. Miss H thought that was pretty fun too!
About lunch time she was done. We figured we would last about 2-3 hours max and she did great.
We had a No Nap Nancy again that afternoon, so we loaded her up and headed over to Jeff’s brother’s house for a BBQ. They have a pool and lots of outdoor fun stuff. Miss H wasn’t so sure about cold water, even though she had a blast at the river jumping off the back of the boat.
She thought this fun water table was for sitting and was hilarious playing with it. I may need to find out where to get one.
And a jetski. This gal is set!

I love Miss H driving the boat. So sweet!! My kiddos love doing that too. That water table is so cool. I love that it's upright. I would have sat in it too. It's the perfect way to cool down. 🙂
