Sometimes, we don’t just celebrate Thanksgiving just on Thanksgiving. We actually take it into the weekend and continue the party. Fortunately for me, I am doing the sweet treats this weekend and one I love to make is Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bundt Cake. This has to be one of the easiest cakes to make ever. Just toss it all together and bake. I’ll pull my Ina card and say – how easy is that?
Thanksgiving in our house can get just a little crazy. Between divorced parents on both sides of our family, and lots of cousins, we are literally running non stop for a few days. For me, having fool proof options that I can whip up quickly is what I am looking for. Two things I keep on hand at all times are LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin and NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Morsels. These two ingredients are so versatile, I can literally whip at least a dozen options.
Here is how I make Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake:

When I was baking today I had Miss H and hubs circling me asking when it was cool enough to have a taste. Of course they couldn’t wait long enough and enjoyed their slices still warm with gooey chocolate chips. I can see these two having this for breakfast tomorrow too!
