Hattie G is 2 – Birthday Recap

Ya’ll. I am tired. Saturday was such a whirlwind and I am still exhausted! We celebrated Miss H’s 2nd birthday at a local Sports Plex that had a bounce house birthday party area. For it being in a soccer/hockey rink, it wasn’t too bad. Probably not the cleaniest place (for obvious reasons) but the kids had a blast!
I’ll do a full report on the party soon after I get some pictures from everyone. Every single photo I took is blurry because Miss H was nonstop for 2 hours! Here is one of my favorites even though there is a super blurry hand.
You’d think after 4-5 times of blowing out candles this year she’d have the hang of it, but she spit all over the cake! I guess no one cared because we brought hardly any home!

Sunday we spent the day at home. SLOWLY opening birthday presents. She was not into opening anything! We would do 2 at a time all day and it took forever! One of her favorite new presents was the Peppa Pig set! She insisted to take a nap with Peppa and George yesterday. She keeps having all the piggies hug and kiss. She’s so cute.

After some relaxing we decided to get out the big surprise! A Bounce House! Target had these half price on clearance so for $99, it quickly jumped into my cart. I bought and asked for forgiveness later. We actually agreed that it’s perfect because we can have her friends come over to play and we had plenty of space for it in the basement! Double bonus – we’ll just send her down to jump for 20 minutes before nap and wear her out!
So that was it our weekend. A big party, a big bounce house and lots of fun!
This week we’re back into our regular swing with MOPs, Barre and more. The weather isn’t supposed to be frigid either, so hopefully we’ll be able to get out and do somethings!
How was your weekend?

  6. You can choose a Bounce houses for their entertaining. Undoubtedly bounce houses games are safe for your kids, because it designed by plastics and rubber.
