1) Continue No Sugar – add 1 cheat day – I officially went 10 days of no sugar. I caved last Friday night when I had Starburst – FAIL! But that’s okay. I joined a Biggest Loser Competition and I paid my $20 – so I officially weigh in on Friday. I have 2ish months to lose a few more lbs before my SIL’s wedding!
