It’s no secret that we love Noodles & Company around here, we’ve been a long time partner of the amazing initiatives they have in the St. Louis area. It’s food I feel that checks the boxes for every family member of our house and gives us time as a family to sit and have a meal together. From day one of having Hattie, we have always had family dinner at 6pm every night give or take a few times, but we really like to focus on that quality family time every night.
We were so excited earlier this week to attend a fun event at Noodles & Company focusing on their Thursday Night Family Nights that they have every week. We picked up hubs from work and we were off on a fun family adventure. This event focused on a few different things 1) Their amazing macaroni and cheese 2) their family night activities and 3) kids eat free on Thursdays with a purchase of an adult entree!
Of course Hattie didn’t waste any time jumping into this adorable owl puppet craft. So much so, that she did made two. Don’t worry Daddy, helped too.
Our meal for the night was served family style which is always a fun way to try a few different options. My new favorite has to be the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. I got to try this last year at an event, an boy was it good! I’m excited to see it on the menu now. We also tried the traditional Wisconsin Mac & Cheese which is a huge hit in our house. With their kids meals, you can you healthy options like fruit and veggies and maybe even a sweet treat too. It is a well balanced meal I’m comfortable with Hattie having. Bonus, it has her favorite dessert, Crispy Treats!
We also got to try my favorite Med Salad (spoiler alert, it was still great next day as leftovers!) and Jeff wanted to try the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. Little to spicy for my liking, but Jeff loved them! With the variety of options and everything made to order, everyone in your family gets exactly what they want. Everything also has quality ingredients like cage-free eggs, naturally raised and antibiotic-free pork, and even gluten-free choices. Things I can always get behind as a mom.
Are you officially hungry yet? Good, then stop by tomorrow Friday, Oct. 6, to celebrate National Noodle Day. We will be offering guests
one small, complimentary bowl of Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with the purchase of a regular entrée all day long at all of our seven area locations.
Thank you again to Noodles & Company for a fun family night!
